Today

Today at preschool, we reviewed the rules for Listening and Following Directions.
We practiced following the leader.  Ian chose to have us jump!
We read the story "Chrysanthemum" and learned that all names are different, but are perfect for us.
During centers, Chloe and Porter traced letters and numbers with our magnetic boards.
Brendan, Gavin, and Ian enjoyed building and playing with cars.
Here's an impressive tower built by Ian!
At this center Anniston, Sophia, and Madison did a good job on their cutting assessment.  If your child hasn't had much experience cutting, play dough scissors are a good place to start.
Abby, Ava, and Solia had fun mixing paints to create purple, green, and orange.
We finished off our school day with play dough and sensory tables filled with colored rice!

Thank you for the donations we have received this week.  If you'd still like to donate, we could use the following:  white cardstock, prepackaged snacks, magazines, clorox wipes, and sandwich size ziploc baggies.

We hope you enjoy your Labor Day weekend!
