We had fun learning about H this week!
H the horse huffs "h-h-h" as he hurries to the hospital after being stung by a hornet.
Dahlin rode the horse while saying the sound of the letter H.
Trevin, Faye and Emily created an H out of strips of paper.
Trevin brought a hat for show and tell.
Corbett showed us his hair.
We made horses and galloped around. Put the horse head on a broomstick to continue the fun at home.
Dahlin placed horses along a letter H.
Trevin laced around a barnyard animal.
Luke played with a magnetic barnyard book.
Everyone enjoyed building with the wooden blocks and barnyard animals.
Corbett sorted objects.
Singing and acting out "The Farmer in the Dell" was a big hit.
The Little Red Hen came to school to tell a story. The preschoolers thought she looked a lot like Miss Brieann. :)
After hearing The Little Red Hen's story about making bread, we followed a recipe to make our own.
Luke kneaded his dough and loved playing in the floury mess!
Thank you all for coming to parent/ teacher conferences. It was so wonderful to share a little of what we have been working on.
