N the Naughty Newt hears his mother say "n-n-n" after he paints with nail polish on the wall.
Since N the Newt is so naughty we decided to help him change his ways by using our super manners powers.
We talked about N the Newt's behaviors and how to change them.
Then we smashed the tower of naughty behaviors.
Dahlin showed us his newspaper pirate hat and orange.
Logan shared his night light.
Luke and Dahlin cut letters out of newspapers. This is something you can do at home with junk mail.
Super Corbett put number stickers on a letter N.
Dahlin sorted colored noodles.
Luke dressed super heros.
The big hit of the week was painting N the Newt with nail polish. I couldn't get them to stop!
Luke practiced setting the table and using table manners at the construction center.
Logan used a toy hammer to pound nails into Styrofoam.
We ended the days by playing with noodles in the sensory table.
