Weekly Wrap-Up and Preview

This week we learned about Fall or Autumn.  We read a book called "Pumpkin, Pumpkin," and talked about how a pumpkin grows.

We used cards to help tell how a pumpkin grows.

For our snack, we made an autumn tree with pretzel sticks and candy corns.

 

Miss Brieann helped the students melt crayon shavings to make some fun Fall leaves!

We also learned about size, and sorted shape stickers and beans into groups of "small" and "large."

Next week we are learning about the Letter C, the Cycle of Butterflies, and Day & Night.  Please help your child collect a few leaves (green are fine) from trees and bring them to school on Tuesday.  Thanks!
