The Letter X and Careers

Miss Liz introduced X the fox who takes x-rays.

The preschoolers pretended to take x-rays while making the /x/ sound.

She even showed some real x-rays.

Aidan is taking his turn with the xylophone.

Everyone played a game of Tic-tact-toe. It was the teachers against the preschoolers.
In order to make a mark, preschoolers had to correctly identify a letter and it's sound.

The preschoolers won THREE times!

Mimi used her cutting and gluing skills to make X the fox into an x-ray.

Madison reviewed letters with Wikki Sticks.

Sophia laced up a xylophone card.

Emily sorted letters.

Miss Liz introduced the preschoolers to some careers.  Amber is pretending to be a veterinarian

Math time focused on taking two parts and making a whole, an introduction to addition.

For snack time, preschoolers ate cheese and yogurt to keep their bones strong.

The most exciting part of the day is when Solia's dad came to share all about his career as a pilot.

Everyone loved seeing all his fun pilot gear.

He taught Mac and Mimi how to take off.

Aidan and Emily took their passengers for quite a ride.

Aubrey and Abby got everyone safely back on the ground.

Ava and Carson couldn't believe all the buttons and levers that operate an airplane.
