Zebra, Zipper, and the Zoo

Today we learned about Z the Zebra and the sound he makes while zipping his jacket.  The preschoolers identified letters in a zoo alphabet book that Miss Brieann read.
We played zoo animal charades.  Aidan pretended to be a tiger, while Madison was a flamingo on one foot!

The class looked at the alphabet on the wall while Lettercizing.
During centers, Ava matched animal pictures to shape of their shadow.

Carson cut out Z the Zebra.
We reviewed shapes and sizes. Emily and Abby used tangram shapes to make a goose.
Sophia made a fox.

The preschoolers had fun building a zoo with blocks and animals.

These kids worked together to sort animal erasers into the corresponding animal plates.

We sorted these animal pictures by size after cutting them out!
Here's how Aubrey's size sorting turned out!
Amber and Ava enjoyed zoo animal Bingo!

We will be heading to the park on Thursday for a little while.  Please put sunscreen on your kids!
