This week we learned about the letter R, race cars, and other transportation.
R the Rhino roller skates, "r r r."
This week we read "ot" words as a class.
We identified and marked "ot" words in text, and wrote them down.
Solia, Ava, and Sophia enjoyed playing with cars and tractors.
At the math center, we played a Parking Lot game to help us identify numerals 1-10.
Today we celebrated Brendan's 4th birthday!
Anniston showed us her toy rocket. We even watched her launch it outside!
Solia brought yummy Rice Krispie treats to share with us.
Gavin brought rope for his show-and-tell.
Porter showed us a remote.
We looked at story cards and put them in sequence.
Anniston used vehicle counters to make patterns (AB and ABC.)
At the construction center, Ava made a robot!
Solia put together vehicle puzzles.
Sophia made the word "robot" with letter beads.
Chloe did our ribbon weaving mat.
Ian, Brendan, and Gavin learned about words that begin with R.
Our sensory tables this week contained rocks, sand, cars, and trucks.
We also tested out a balloon rocket!
