O, Opera and Talents

Chloe brought an "O-ball" for show-and-tell today!

Brendan brought Oreos.  Thanks for sharing!

Ava brought a delicious orange to add to our snack today.

We had lots of fun with our Talent Show.  We enjoyed seeing everyone's talents!
Ava and Chloe performed to the song, Call Me Maybe.

Abby is great at jumping on the trampoline and riding her bike without training wheels!

Anniston can paint her own fingernails!

 Sophia's talent is swimming!

Brendan's talent is loving and caring for animals.  He showed us pictures of lots of animals he has cared for.

Solia helps take care of her baby sister.

Ian is good at playing "Fruit Ninja."

Porter can do an amazing somersault.  (He was too quick for us to catch a good picture.)

 Emily's talent is painting!

We watched a video of Madison dancing!

Gavin can do the "wheel barrow" and his own version of a flip!

Thanks for sharing your talents with us!

This week we also painted O's.

We played games to strengthen our number sense, and numeral recognition.

We practiced reading and writing "ig" words.

These boys enjoyed the construction center.

Porter made a letter O on a Lite Brite.
This was a popular basket activity, and great for strengthening fine motor skills.

Chloe placed wikki sticks along our numeral cards.

Emily used cubes to make representations of each numeral.

Chloe mixed red and yellow play dough to make orange!

Bingo!  The preschoolers liked learning about numbers with this game.

Get ready to Party with Letter P next week!
