C the caterpillar cuts as he says "c-c-c"

We practiced cutting like C the caterpillar does on short lines.

Logan brought a coal car for show and tell

Dahlin shared some yummy candy with everyone.

Luke put a number puzzle together during centers. 

Faye retold the story of "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" using a flannel board. 

Trevin used a push pin to poke the letter C.

We used our sand writing boxes to practice shapes and letters.  Put a small amount of sugar or flour in a tray and ask your preschooler to write or draw in it things you write or draw on a piece of paper. 

We learned about the difference between daytime and nighttime.

Gavin helped sort items into things we use during the daytime and things we use during the nighttime. 

Corbett painted a butterfly to go on his butterfly life cycle art.  

Next week our math focus will be on sizes, so begin comparing items and talking about which is big/large and which is small.
